How MyDelivery handles restaurant and customer information in the United States.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Who we are

MyDelivery is operated by 51.965.304 GABRIEL PEREIRA DE SOUZA, CNPJ 51.965.304/0001-24, a business registered in Brazil. This notice explains how the United States version of MyDelivery handles information from restaurant owners, staff, and customers. Privacy questions: gabriel.psouza@mydeliveryfood.com.br.

2. Information we collect

We receive restaurant account details such as name, business name, email, phone, login credentials, and support messages. When customers order, we process the information needed for the order, which may include name, phone, delivery address, order contents, notes, and payment status. We also collect technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device details, IP address, and access logs.

For MyDelivery subscription payments, Stripe collects card details at checkout. We receive billing status and identifiers, not full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use information to create accounts, show menus, process and route orders, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Restaurants use their customers’ order information to fulfill orders and provide service. We do not sell restaurant customer lists.

4. When information is shared

Information is shared with the restaurant that receives an order and with service providers needed to run the platform, including hosting, payment processing, messaging, and operational support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users. Third-party integrations are connected only when the restaurant authorizes them.

5. International processing

MyDelivery is operated from Brazil and provides services to U.S. restaurants. Information may be accessed by authorized support staff in Brazil and processed by service providers in other countries. We limit access to the work needed to operate and support the service. The U.S. operation uses separate application infrastructure and a separate database from the Brazil operation.

6. Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and operational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain records, and meet legal duties, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing gabriel.psouza@mydeliveryfood.com.br. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Restaurant customers should also contact the restaurant about an order, because the restaurant controls its customer relationship and order details.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings, and protect the service. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if used, may be controlled through available browser or consent settings. Disabling essential storage may prevent login or checkout from working.

9. Children

MyDelivery is a business service for restaurants and is not intended for children to create restaurant accounts. Restaurant customers should follow the age and purchasing rules set by the restaurant and applicable law.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Contact gabriel.psouza@mydeliveryfood.com.br with any question or request.
